I had a really positive experience speaking with Dax. Even though it was only an initial recruiter call, she was very kind, professional and honest throughout the conversation.

What I appreciated most was that she did not just ask questions about my experience, but also gave me useful advice on how I can present myself better in future interviews. She explained that when you are in a role, you do many things day to day, but it can be difficult to explain them clearly to others unless you prepare notes and examples in advance. That advice was genuinely helpful.

Dax also gave me a better understanding of what the company is looking for and how I could improve my preparation if I reached the interview stage. Overall, she made the conversation feel supportive and constructive, and I really appreciated her time and guidance. I would definitely recommend speaking with Dax.

A lady called me to talk about a job opportunity. I told her I wasn’t looking right now, to which she sighed and said bye.

She then followed up with a stroppy text message saying that if I wasn’t looking, I should remove my CV from Reed.

Well not that it’s any of your business, but just because I’m not looking right now doesn’t mean I won’t be looking again next week.

So I replied to ask her not to contact me again. To which she replied, saying that she wouldn’t. Now I don’t know what part of my original instruction wasn’t clear, but she obviously didn’t understand.

It was a very unprofessional encounter on the whole.

Even if I was looking right now - I’m glad I dodged a bullet with this company.

Dax is a superstar to say the least. Such a tailored experience and helped me get the job I’d applied for. Really kind, helpful and passionate about bringing out the best in people. Dax has a desire to help people get to where they want to be and not just tick the boxes. Couldn’t recommend enough
