Our aim was to find small family run artisan shoemakers, but what we found was generations of design, knowledge, and innovation that had been passed down from father to son, and mother to daughter. The shoes we discovered whilst travelling had been the choice of summer footwear for women of all ages for many years due to their meticulous detail and fine quality. The local women fully supported every artisan shoemaker we found and it was easy to see why. Every pair of espadrilles thoughtfully created were as unique and special as the woman who wore them.

I have purchased a few pairs of low wedge shoes from Espadrille - great company with very fast delivery. The shoes are lovely quality, colours are beautiful & so comfortable - I’m a size 7, however always take a size 8 in Spanish shoes. Will be buying from Espadrille again -

The service was excellent and the shoes are good quality. However, yesterday the sole came apart from the rest of the shoe so I am going to have to glue it back and hope it doesn't happen again or with any of the other pairs.

Excellent customer service
The customer service of this company is superb. I purchased a pair of Espadrilles and when they arrived they were too small. I ordered the next size up and they were too big. I spoke to the company who explained the shoes are handmade so vary in sizes. He sent me a further 2 pairs of each size (at no extra cost to me). I have today returned the unwanted shoes and kept a pair that fit. Not many companies would offer that level of customer service. Well done Espadrilles.co.uk and thank you.
