Great company and very easy to deal with. Fast responses
Perfect location and villa for our stay ! They was very helpfull from we booked to we left again. Especially under Covid19 they helped us where to go and what to take care of before we arrived and under our stay. The home was nice and clean. We have booked for summer now and hope that we can go to Spain again. Miss it already !
Beautiful penthouse near beach,
Peaceful and quite just what we needed,
and Espana holiday we're good and communicative
throughout our whole stay , thumbs up !
Excellent customer service - always available for service and help, very friendly. They deliver what they promise. Everything lived up to our expectations and a bit more. Especially Marika from the company is really helpfull and made sure our stay went very smooth.
Definitely recommendable.
We had a beautiful stay in Las Chapas, the apartment is very spacious, beautiful and clean, the view to the sea is breathtaking, the location is really peaceful. Everything was perfect. Also, customer service was great, we were treated with full respect. I highly recommend
Genuinely the worst company and customer service I have experienced with regards to booking accommodation overseas. Zero compassion, understanding, or service to warrant any kind of charge. Quick to take your money, but refuse to adhere to their own cancellation policies when given fair notice. If I could give 0* I would.
Amazing experience with customer service and a great villa!
The villa was perfect and clean, they provided and a good service at check in
The villa we rented via Espana Holidays was very nice, but dud need some TLC. The complex however, Aldea Blanca was perfect for our needs, just as we expected. However the service we received from Espana Holidays was less than satisfactory.
For the following reasons:-
They do not appear to carry out any inspections of the property. There were several things that they should have had put right before we arrived.
Mirror in ensuing bathroom was not on attached to the wall & was damaged on the bottom
Shower doors in en suite don't meet - leaks
Bath in main bathroom- leaks very badly & floods the bathroom when emptied
Clothes dryer- old & broken
Balcony- door difficult to shut, not usable
Sun Loungers- very uncomfortable & only 2
TV- set up in Scandinavian language- no explanation on how to change language
Air Con only in 2 bedrooms
Missing bulbs in en suite
Key fob- numbers worn off
Floor damaged by bathroom
Downstairs cloakroom door wood surround split causing door to be difficult to shut
All of these should have been picked up by an inspection.
However it was the lack of customer service that was the worst. We arrived in the early hours of the morning with two young children, we followed the instructions given regarding phoning from the airport to let them know we had arrived and would be at the office to collect the keys as soon as the driver could get us there. Upon arrival at the office, we were left waiting for someone to arrive for 25 minutes approx as no-one was there when we arrived. We made several calls to the member of staff only to be told they were on their way. When we asked why they had taken so long, they said our driver must have driven very fast. This was not the case at all, he had been a very careful driver & had not driven too fast.
When checking the information left at the villa, the contact numbers for Espana Holidays were all incorrect. We did need to call them one day & upon phoning the number given, the call was answered by a gentleman who advised us that it was the wrong number & he gave us the correct number to call. He obviously had experienced this before!
No information was given on how to return the keys at the end of the holiday. The information in the pack said that the office was open on a Sunday (we were leaving on a Sunday), however when checking with one of the members of staff, we were told they didn't work on a Sunday & had to leave the keys in a key box! Good job we checked.
When asking when we would receive our security deposit back, we were advised that once the cleaners had confirmed that all was ok, we would receive an email asking for our IBAN number. However we never heard from them, so several weeks later we had to phone the Manager to ask for the 250 Euro amount to be returned, which she did the next day!
None of these issues spoilt our holiday & we would go back to Aldea Blanca again but would not book with Espana Holidays again.
