Item not received. I've been refunded, but after my complains of not receiving the goods.
Having paid 6 Euros for the shipping, I would expect them to use a courier and not a non-tracked regular service (which doesn't work).

Disappointing experience. I ordered a spare part for my cloth…
I ordered a spare part for my cloth drier it did not work and the supplier confirmed that all the other parts in stock did not work either. I was authorized to send the piece back. A courrier was supposed ti pick up the prcel at my address but I am still waiting for it! I have been waiting for 10 days. They are trying to avoid reimbursement! Pls take immediate action and collect the parcel and then I can write a better review.
