I wish I could say this was just another minor inconvenience, but getting involved with Esperio has genuinely been one of the most frustrating financial decisions I’ve ever made. Everything feels polished and seamless at the start the deposits go through instantly, the interface looks convincing, and you’re led to believe you’re in safe hands. But the moment you try to withdraw your own money, the entire experience changes. Suddenly, the responsiveness disappears. Messages go unanswered, requests sit in limbo, and you’re left questioning whether anyone is even on the other side.

It’s a sinking feeling I wouldn’t wish on anyone, that moment when you realize your funds might not be as accessible as you were led to believe. And what makes it worse is knowing that situations like this cast a shadow over the many legitimate brokers out there who are actually doing things the right way.

Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Top Cipher Trails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

I´m trying to withdrawal funds and they are scaming me saying that the refund is in process and it will be done and is delayed by issues.
They are limiting the value to 500€ by request, processed in 7 banking days. My first request was in 9/02/2026 and until today i haven´t received the money.

I'm an experienced customer, and for the first time since I opened the account, I'm trying to withdraw from my account, but after countless tickets and emails, they're no longer responding.
I applied in early November 2025, and it's now January 13, 2026! Outrageous!

be careful they are scam brokers scam thieves for a living they don't respond to online support but to the support email scam

I have traded with them about a year. Last week I had unpleasant experience due to change in their bank. I had to verify again my identity and comply with source of funds requirements. The bot declined my photos and selfie match 4 times. The whole experience was highly unpleasant. I started to worry that this was some scam designed to prevent me from withdrawing my money. After all the problem was resolved thanks to the people working there. I am very thankful to Simon, a manager there, I am not sure about his exact position. The man helped me personally and his human care and human touch reduced my stress and fears significantly. The Support team helped too. I also had issues twice with slippage while trading this year and this caused me losses that should not appear, but I was told it is the liquidity provider, not the brokers fault. So this is my experience - 5 stars because of the staff! Robots can not replace people.

I was talking with the manager by phone. We talked about the promotion from Esperio profit boost. I wanted to find out more information. I didn’t understand some points because he didn’t explain it well, but I learned a little more information. After that I decided to write a review. No, I won't write about the manager and write about I didn’t understand his words.
I want to write about broker services. The company give the opportunity to make money on the market and on promotions. There are a lot of promotions and bonus systems. That's right, they want to grab the customer's attention and keep the customer here. Now, there are many brokers and a lot of competition. I like that the broker cares about his reputation and thinks about the wishes of his clients.

Good broker for beginners, but I want more promotions and bonuses.

UPD. The problem is solved. I got a bonus. I didn't receive it when I replenished my account, because I forgot to leave a request in my personal account.

What's good about Esperio is its support. Always available no matter how many times I've reached out they responded promptly and always in a relevant , not just with standard responses like "figure it out yourself" but specifically and to the point.

I use the Copy Trading in Esperio. All that matters to me is the outcome and it's there, which means the project is working well. I've practically moved all funds from various accounts to one under this project. The trader trades, their deals get copied, I periodically look from my phone at how things are on the account and whether there is profit or not. I don't meddle with the trades myself because trading isn't my thing but I'm content with the passive approach. Money goes in and out just like I set up to my bank card. During registration I got all the documents verified for the card right at the beginning, so there are no questions when it comes to withdrawals.

I chose the company Esperio because of their trading conditions. Compared them with other brokers, and Esperio turned out to be the most loyal. I believe that the diversity in their services allows the company to attract a wide range of clients which speaks to its stability and reliability.

Easy registration in this company. It was clear to me, but I wanted to clarify one detail and support is only in 3 language, mine isn't available. It upset me.

you pay extra for instant deposit in my bank but I "Esperio" they are too slow to add my money. Rispondo : I have already contacted assistance twice but the only thing I can answer is to wait.
