ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — BUYER BEWARE
I genuinely question whether this is even a legitimate company. I rode the bike approximately five times before it completely failed. From that point on, trying to get any form of support has been a nightmare.
I made over a dozen phone calls — not once did anyone answer. Every call went straight to voicemail, with zero follow-up. I also sent multiple emails, practically begging for someone to contact me to resolve the issue. I received exactly ONE response, and then they completely disappeared. No further communication whatsoever.
In an attempt to fix the problem myself, I spent an additional $400 on a replacement battery — which did absolutely nothing.
At this point, it’s clear: this company does not stand behind its products. There is no real customer service, no accountability, and certainly no meaningful warranty support.
These types of companies appear to import generic bikes, rebrand them, and sell them with no infrastructure to support customers once something goes wrong.
Do not waste your money.
If you’re considering buying a bike, stick with a reputable company that has a physical presence and real customer support.
Frankly, businesses operating like this should be investigated.
