Thank you Karen and team for your terrific travel planning for our visit to Spain. It was so pleasant to be nearly handsfree with trip planning, and made our travel all that much more incredible. From the hotel to restaurants and site seeing suggestions to the train travel, all was perfect! The app used to retrieve all of our travel plans and reservations is so easy to use and super convenient! If only I had your team by my side for our travels through Albania as well! Making and keeping track of all our reservations in each city, coupled with car rental, flights, what to do and where to go was very stressful to manage on our own. I have a gained a HUGE appreciation for the value of a Travel Planner! Can't wait for my next European adventure! Thank you Espiritu!

We had an amazing time on our trip to Barcelona and the island of Mallorca. Hector from Espíritu Travel took all of our preferences into account and planned everything perfectly—from hiking and biking to exploring Catalan culture and relaxing on beautiful beaches. I have to say, the Trips Plan app was fantastic. It provided clear directions, helpful suggestions, and even a chat feature in case we had any questions or ran into issues. Both of our hotels were excellent. In Mallorca, ours was nestled in a charming small bay that was simply stunning. We highly recommend Hector and Espíritu Travel for anyone looking to create a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with every aspect of our trip. Hector was very helpful in planning the itinerary, providing options and responding to our questions and feedback in a very timely manner. Hector and the team planned every aspect from hotels, tours and transportation. They also proactively communicated with us throughout the trip. What an incredible trip! Our specialist, Hector, and the Espiritu team did a fantastic job coordinating every aspect of our trip and making sure our wishes for great food, memorable activities, and iconic sights were fully realized.
Our drivers were outstanding. They made the long drives to and from our destinations truly enjoyable, sharing stories along the way and even teaching us a few language tips.
And our guides were exceptional, each one highly professional and engaging, going out of their way to adapt to our interests during the visits. Our trip to Spain would not have been the same if we had done it ourselves.

We contacted Espíritu Travel to plan our 10th-anniversary trip to Portugal, and from the outset, the experience exceeded our expectations. Giorgia provided a wide range of thoughtful options and, after learning our preferences and dislikes, designed an itinerary that perfectly matched what we were looking for.
Every detail of the trip was seamless and memorable — from our wonderful guided walk in Lisbon and an unforgettable Fado dinner, to our fantastic driver who kept us entertained during our excursion to Sintra and our transfer to Porto, with beautiful stops along the way. Having consistent, reliable support throughout the trip made the experience feel effortless and personal with their app. The app contained so much helpful information, so we were able to make the most of each day.
The Espíritu Travel team checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions. When we encountered a minor issue at hotel check-in in Évora on a Sunday, we contacted the hotel, and it was resolved in under 5 minutes—an impressive level of responsiveness and care.
Our walking tour in Porto was excellent, and the thoughtful anniversary surprises arranged along the way made the celebration feel truly special. The team also provided a self-guided plan for Madeira which helped us discover some incredible sights at our own pace.

Everything about our trip was beyond amazing....The hotels in both Madrid and San Sebastian were perfectly located and our walking food tour with Diego was spot on. I highly recommend Espiritu....the communication and attention to detail is top notch.

We booked a trip to the Canary Islands and a bit disappointed in communciation. We were originally told that we would be picked up at our hotel for all activities but then after we arrived, instructed that we would have to take taxi to pick up locations for many of our activities. Pick up times at our hotel were incorrect for every activity except one. We arrived at designated pick up point for one activity and the bus never arrived. We were told that the bus was there but we think that we saw it drive away 5 minutes early and almost a block away from pick up point. For our last day, we were being picked up at hotel for a full day hike. We arrived outside of hotel and found that the pick up time on our itinerary was 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time on driver itinerary. Fortunately they waited for us. We also found out that they had a completely different itinerary than what we were expecting. We were not hiking and actually did a beautiful drive around the island. The guides that we had on this trip were fantastic but the communication with Espiritu was terrible.

We had a wonderful experience with Espíritu Travel when booking our recent trip to Italy. Our travel specialist, Manuela, was incredibly helpful during both the planning phase and during the trip itself. Communication was prompt and insightful. Manuela was able to curate an itinerary that was tailored to what we were looking for as a party of 5. During the trip we used the Trip Plans app, which made it very easy to see our schedule in full, names and contacts of our drivers/guides, and electronic tickets, etc. I would highly recommend Espíritu to anyone looking to book a visit to Italy!

There are two facets of our experience with Espiritu that really stand out: flexibility and quality.

The flexibility came in planning our trip. We were traveling with family, some of whom had tighter budget constraints than others. When our original estimate came in a bit higher than anticipated, the planning team was very helpful in suggesting/finding activities that could be cut while ensuring key foundational elements stayed intact.

And not only intact, but of the highest quality. We stayed at hotels in Porto and Lamego, both of which were exceptional. Our cruise up the Douro River was wonderful - the scenery was breathtaking. But the absolute highlight of our entire trip was the day-long tour of the Douro Valley which included a private boat tour, two wine tastings and a traditional lunch at a local restaurant. Our guide was personal and knowledgable, a delight to be with. The day was truly magical.

We do not have another trip in mind in the immediate future. But when we do begin planning, it is highly likely that Espiritu will be involved.

Espiritu Travel planned an amazing Italy experience for us as we celebrated our anniversary. They were very thoughtful when booking our trip - making it personal for what we wanted to see and experience in Italy. The hotels were perfect - beautiful amenities and well located within the cities we visited. Our travel specialist was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive with any questions or concerns before and throughout the trip. I look forward to booking another trip through Espiritu!

Our honeymoon trip to Italy was fantastic from beginning to end. The entire itinerary was well thought out, and everything went smoothly. Transfers, accommodations, and activities were all organized perfectly, which made traveling stress-free. Each stop flowed into the next without any issues, and we felt like the schedule gave us the right balance of sightseeing and downtime. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better-planned trip and would highly recommend this service to anyone considering traveling anywhere!

Exceeded our expectations! Absolutely will travel with and recommend Espiritu Travel. Our trip was organized on less than 3 weeks' notice and was flawlessly executed. We stayed at excellent hotels with top notch local guides and visited landmark and off the beaten path excursions from Rome to Capri to Amalfi to Venice to Milan. My son and I had the experience of a lifetime.

Our trip was really planned well, Thanks to Anita. She initially gathered all our desires and requirements which gave her full understanding of what would be best and suitable for our journeys including small details as well as accommodation, food, transportation and sightseeings.
For almost fifteen days, we experienced lot of fabulous adventures covering historical, cultural, oceanside and countryside.
Our journey wasn’t limited to sightseeing but included food testing and cooking sessions to complement our children with 1st time experience and impression that would stay in their memories for long time.
Both tour guides and support team had helped us with full knowledge, information, inquiry and feedback equipped with trip plan App granting mobile access to the support team at anytime and anywhere.

Wow Wow Wow!!! What a memorable and romantic trip. I told Karin and Marte the cities we wanted to visit, the type of hotels we wanted to stay; they came up with a fabulous itinerary. They came up so many innovative and lovely tours that I am sure I would not have found on my own. They included a ebiking along the Mediteranean/wine tasting/saling on the Mediteranean tour, a Utiel Requena region Winery tour, a paella cooking class, an artisan tour, and a bike tour. We had the right amount of activity and rest. They booked the bullet train for us which made it easy to get from city to city. Their app was full of suggested restaurants and must do items. We went to the famous Corral de Moreria for flamenco. They were able to secure a front and center table in honor of our 25th anniversary. I can't say enough good things about
Espiritu Travel! They really know Spain and Portugal.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish for our 15-day trip to Portugal! Bea at Espíritu Travel planned a perfectly paced trip for our family of three and was incredibly responsive to questions and suggested itinerary changes. We got to experience so much while still having plenty of downtime to explore the places on our own.
The guides she arranged were excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Tiago provided a super memorable day in Sintra, and Emanuel was an excellent guide for the national park. This is just to name a few of the outstanding activities we had during our trip. Bea and her colleagues at Espñirtu Travel were very helpful when any confusion arose and were available to answer my questions at any time. All in all, a wonderful trip. We look forward to planning our family trip to Spain next year with them.

I would give Marta five stars! She helped us plan our 13 day trip to Portugal and Spain and did an awesome job! She was on maternity leave during our actual trip in May. Espiritu Travel did not do a good job following up on the last minute details:
1. We had changed one of our hotels with Marta. But they did not let the guide know so we had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive.
2. In Lisbon, they gave us the wrong directions for the car rental, which resulted in a 2 hour delay to our day.
3. In the Douro Valley, they booked one winery, but gave us the directions for one in the direction one hour away. Espiritu did provide a nice bottle of wine for their mistake.
4. The morning of our departure (of 4am) the driver did not show and we had to arrange our own transportation to the airport. Espiritu did compensate us for this expense.

Marta was 100% awesome. But a big part of paying this cost is to ensure things run smoothly while traveling. We did not find this the case. It may just have been that Marta was away, but Espiritu should be able to make sure they have the staff to ensure seamless travel, regardless of whether Marta is there.

While they did give us a bottle of wine and compensate our cost to the airport, they basically said "we are sorry this happened." Paying the amount we did, "I'm sorry" will not be enough to recommend this agency to anyone else.

My husband and I have traveled extensively over the years and have always been “do-it-yourselfers” when it comes to planning. But for our most recent trip, we decided to try working with a travel agency—and Espiritu Travel came highly recommended.

Little did we know how invaluable that decision would turn out to be.

While most of our trip was beautifully arranged by them, the accommodations in the Amalfi Coast (a villa we had secured separately through a charity auction) fell far short of expectations. A few days in, we found ourselves genuinely disheartened and even considering flying home early. The situation was disappointing, to say the least, and I hesitated to reach out to Rita, not wanting to be that “difficult client.”

But Rita’s response was the opposite of what I feared. She was kind, gracious, and deeply understanding. Without hesitation, she sprang into action—rearranging drivers (which is no small feat on the Amalfi Coast), securing new hotel accommodations in Naples, and adjusting other aspects of our itinerary to align with our updated plans.

Rita wasn’t just a travel agent—she was more like a personal concierge and, in our case, a true "travel angel". Her calm presence, detailed follow-through, and heartfelt care transformed a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience.

Going forward, we won’t travel abroad without the peace of mind that comes from having someone like Rita in our corner. She turned our trip around, and we are so grateful for her dedication, compassion, and professionalism.

Hands down, best trip I've been on. Everyone one the team was so helpful and professional. All the contacts we had in country were exceptional.

We were traveling with 14 people coming from all over. Everything was seamless! The transportation, the tours, the restaurants all were top notch. I highly recommend using Espiritu Travel!

Karin, Marta and the team were all especially attentive to us, before, during and after our trip! Marta kicked everything off beautifully by setting up our trip for us, making changes when we asked, and everything turned out fantastic.
