I have been watching ESPN since it’s…

I have been watching ESPN since it’s inception and for the most part the first 30 years it was pretty good. But recently their programming is horrible, they’re in-house coverage is even worse and above all their announcers make me want to never watch ESPN again, particularly Scott Van Pelt, who is a moron and has the most monotone and redundant voice in sports announcing. The only reason I’m watching ESPN is because it’s following the PGA championship but other than that I will never and I mean never watch a ESPN coverage of even tiddly wings.

Overpriced and Unreliable

Every NHL Playoff game has streaming issues.
Never experienced this kind of other streaming issues from other sports apps for television.

How does a company with no customer service improve? How about providing some customer service.

How can this company improve?? They can't. ESPN has totally ruined professional sports. We have an account which is paid up currently and we should be able to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, just like we did last year. When we try to watch a game we get a message that says, "cannot access your account". So we went to ESPN.com and they are asking us to create an account - duh - we already have an account which we have been paying for all along. There is no customer service whatsoever, no one with whom we can speak to straighten out their debacle. ESPN is the first company ever to EXCEED Walmart for bad customer service. Walmart at least HAS customer service, bad as it is. ESPN has none at all, the worst company in history. And The Masters!?! Whoever produced that absurd presentation hasn't the foggiest idea of what golf is all about. Every tournament wee watch only allows you to see about half of the holes played. Wanna see what's going on at holes 1-3? Forget it, they don't show it. And there's another set of holes excluded as well. But get this, when the last groups are getting ready to play the final three holes, the only announcers available are in Spanish - no English available. So we have to go to The Masters.com and finish watching it on the computer. Do yourselves a favor and get a real service like Sling TV, YouTube TV, Peacock. Those are reliable services which give you what you paid for. ESPN is a total loser, don't waste a penny on them. It's like they're being run by a bunch of 10-year olds. (P. S. We have permanently cancelled ESPN - you should too. If enough people cancel, it will incentivize a newer, well-run company to fill this vast void)

No sports experience among broadcasting…

No sports experience among broadcasting staff. Masters coverage is a joke, the broadcaster was Miss Fla. no golfing background. Pitiful. Can’t watch baseball and basketball anymore because of the inexperience of broadcasters. Watched ESPN since the 70’s. Every night I watched it. Haven’t watch in over 10 yrs. Now. They fire the athletes and bring young men and women that don’t have a clue about sports. Politics and everyday events is all they talk about. It’s a shame!!!!

Terrible choice

Well, I'm watching the women's Final Four, and the two former basketball stars you have as your announcers are ruining the telecast. They keep jabbering about this and that you can't follow the game because they are too busy talking old times together. A fine way for ESPN to show no respect for the college teams competing in this tournament. Who is the fool who decided to put these two in as professional announcers? They are not making watching this game enjoyable

First is the early morning guys need to stick with sports we don't turn to a sports station to hear about politics. We all know the station is as far left as you can go so stay in your lane and speak about my team not about current affairs.

Got it

“I’m done with ESPN. Every time I try to buy a UFC fight, their system fails. It’s ridiculous! It’s not just a one-time issue either – this happens every time. I’m so fed up with their unreliable service. I’ll be switching to something else because I’m not dealing with this nonsense anymore. Completely lost my trust!” ESPN shouldn’t even get 1 star
