Sweet surprise

It was expensive to be able to order my coffee from Italy but worth it. Espresso International US packed and shipped all my products quickly and efficiently and included a little sweet in my box as a nice detail and surprise. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

The espresso cups shipped quickly

The espresso cups shipped quickly, but when they arrived they looked different from the pictures. I expected the Sant Eustachio cups to feature the stag that the product image showed, but when they arrived the cups looked different. I noticed they updated the product image after I ordered the cups. I was a little disappointed because I bought these to complete a set. However, the quality is still great.

Overseas purchase experience

Service was good enough and quick. Only thing that I felt uncomfortable is shipping charge. Considering the fact that it is a international parcel, still it a burden to international buyer.Except that , it was a good purchasing experience, overall

Selection and Style!

The website is easy to navigate, the selection of coffee is wonderful, and the delivery was prompt.
The packaging was great, especially the personalization with a staff welcome.
Excellent DHL shipping, if a bit pricey...I get it.
I recommend EI-USA.

Tremendous company.

I purchased all of my Italian coffee from espresso international. Because of them, I am able to get brands that are not available to me in the United States. Shipping is immediate and I usually get my coffee in less than five days.
