Great Company, perfect service

Amazing Service
I recently had the pleasure of using Espresso Rescue in Nottingham for a full service of my coffee machine, and I couldn't be more impressed. The owner, Vittorio, was extremely professional from the first contact. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, sending me detailed pictures and videos of the work being done. This transparency was a fantastic touch.
Vittorio also took the time to offer expert advice on how to keep my machine in top condition moving forward, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and level of care was second to none. Highly recommend. Vittorio was great and really took care of our coffee machine. We received videos of our service and constant communication throughout. Not only was the machine serviced but parts were upgraded, a little leak fixed and the machine polished. We will be back for our next service.

Espresso Rescue to the Rescue!
Vittorio was extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issues with my machine sending me images and videos of all the problems unearthed and giving me options of how to proceed with full pricing. Given the age of the machine and issues identified I asked for a full refurbishment and an upgrade to the steam wand (cool touch and s shaped). Vittorio made an exceptional job of this, the machine looks like new and with the other small internal upgrades he made along the way is probably better than when it arrived from the factory 14 years ago. He even offered to help me with inital dialing in of my new grinder (Always used preground before) and gave me a small bag of his espresso roast coffee (which if you like a good intense but smooth traditional Italian style espresso - I do - is beautiful). Service of the highest standard at a very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Espresso Rescue to anyone needing repair/upgrade, Thank you Vittorio.
