This is probably the best phone case company I’ve ever bought from.
Their warranty is excellent, and their customer service is outstanding.
The Cyber Clear ESR case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max is very well made and actually protects my phone, unlike some other cases I’ve used.
When my case broke, they replaced it without any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Highly recommend them.

I recently ordered a Keyboard Case
I recently ordered a Keyboard Case bundle for my son’s new iPad Pro 11", but due to a shipping issue, only the digital pen arrived at first. I was very worried because the €1,500 iPad was unprotected and used by my 8-year-old.
I contacted ESR support and was lucky enough to deal with Fanny. The service was world-class. To make sure the iPad was safe while we waited for the main keyboard case to arrive from a different warehouse, they immediately sent me a separate protective case for free!
Furthermore, instead of a standard refund for the delay, they agreed to send their Paper-Feel Magnetic Screen Protector for my son to help with his schoolwork. It is an amazing product—the fact that it's magnetic and removable is genius.
Everything has now arrived and the quality is top-notch. It is rare to find a company that actually listens to your situation and goes the extra mile to fix it. If you want great tech and a team that actually cares about their customers, look no further than ESR. Thanks again, Fanny!

I bought the wallet with Apple tracking, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s a simple, effective, and elegant wallet.
That said, I do have one small note: I would have liked a small pocket that can be closed—either with a zipper, or even a simple magnetic closure. Even without that feature, this is currently my main wallet and I use it every single day.
It charges with a specific proprietary cable from the brand, but one thing is certain: I can definitely recommend their customer service. After I lost that cable, I ended up unable to charge the wallet, and as soon as I asked them how I could buy a replacement, they simply told me they would send me another one for free—without me even having to negotiate anything. That was a very pleasant surprise.
And just to be clear: I know a charging cable isn’t expensive to manufacture, which is exactly why many brands would still try to sell it separately and make an easy margin on it—especially since without it, you simply can’t charge the wallet. They could have charged me for the cable itself and/or the shipping, but they didn’t.
Thanks again to their team—I genuinely appreciated seeing a company that understands it’s not necessary to squeeze every last penny out of its customers, especially for small items that make the difference between being able to use the wallet features or not.

Up until this point, I'd only ever had "observer" experience of ESR product in the form of another person's iPad using an ESR cover. It looks good, it's lasted well, and still feels good. When I recently bought my own iPad, I naturally thought of ESR also. I'm looking forward to receiving my order. In the meantime I'd like to offer a very favourable comment about the customer service I've received from ESR regarding my order experiencing a slight delay. Their communication and kindness leaves me feeling really grateful for their attention and thankful for their professionalism.
