Bought something for the first time and all went well. Delivery was fast and I got updates the whole time. Unfortunately my order got mixed up and I got the wrong items. Contacted customer support and everything was solved in the time span of a few hours. Extremly quick, nice and overall great support experience. My experience with Essense Amstadan was a special one,I fell in love with the jewellery the very first day I saw it and this prompted me to make my other asap,as soon as it came it was just exactly as described,so gorgeous and lovely. Disappointing
I was excited for this package and delivery was slow. Now that it’s arrived, I am disappointed. All the hype that they smell the same as expensive counterparts is hype IMO. The scent doesn’t last all day. I feel I really fell for the hype here and wanted to write this review in the hope of saving someone else the pain.
