Completely expected crsp service
A gentleman hit me yesterday. Nothing to write home about. Stuff happens. And just some damage to cars. All good. But the responsible party has essentia ins. I have spent hours trying to file a claim. How dare they! And how dare our government not care! I now have to spend a second day of my life going through State Farm/ w ir wo attorneys bc it seems one needs an attorney to file a legal claim! Just doesn’t make sense. Can the ins co imagine if they walked in to an ER w a bursting appendix and someone made u wait a few hours!!!

Job search a little longer before settling for Essentia
If you are experienced, you are more likely to be more successful at Essentia. However, be prepared to deal with numerous leadership issues. Management is a mess, corrupt and micromanages. Employees are overworked and expected to perform miracles forcing employees to do shoddy work. Many mistakes are not caught by controllers so issues go on for several periods and are pushed onto new hires. Do not join this company it will ruin your career.
