I bought the Vitamin C Serum and 600 needle roller for my Filipino wife. She had quite deep acne scarring on her cheeks. I have been using derma roller for more than 4 months. I bought the 1mm roller first and then bought the 1.5 mm one. But haven’t got any difference. My acne scars are still the same. I spend $150 on this product and just waste my money.

So I’ve literally just used the 1.0ml roller and I’ve definitely got better product absorption. Time will tell with the overall effect on my pigmentations but so far just using 0.5ml there’s a difference. The quality is way superior to another well known brand I initially went with as the head snapped after 3 uses and was a complete waste of time and money.

Been useing the 0.25 twice a week and the 0.05 once a month. Skin is brighter and more plump. It’s also been helping my malasma. Only thing, might have to stop useing the 0.25 twice a week, as it will be very costly replacing the heads after every 4 to 5 uses.
