DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE A SCAM. When you checkout you will directed to a paypal payment which goes to a company called MERCURY LABS PRIVATE LTD. I contacted the official essentials company (Fear Of God), who now have their legal team trying to shut down the website.

This page is a scam. Phone doesn’t work amd link ton customer service sends automatic reply.

I ordered a hoodies from this compony in earlier November 2024 and 4 weeks later I haven't received my merchandise. I should have known when I didn't get a confirmation number or track number for the purchased item. DO NOT use this website.

Done me. Should have checked. So annoyed. 2 tracksuits turned up, obviously fake. Can’t find or get in touch with anyone £360 down the Swanny!

I cannot understand how this website got a 2nd star. It is 100% scammers that are behind this site and they need to be stopped. How the actual vendor can allow these people to operate is a disgrace.

Great news folks!... We have them! Pakistani Nationals, West London: Southall, Northolt, Acton, remote links to Harlesden and Willesden, within 19.2 miles from point to point. At this stage (19.2.24)... Three of them, early 30s, one of which has rudimentary web/java/seo skills. We are currently in direct contact with a senior analyst at GCHQ (I did warn them, many times, they simply ignored my 'very clear' warning). Four I.P addresses with 13.6 miles, two remote access points, two separate providers. Now fellas... As-Salamu-Alaykum... This is your 'final' warning chaps. I have told you at least ten times now haven't I? You have created a convincing website at essentialhoodieuk.com... You have scammed many people, many times. You have 'assumed', wildly? that e-mail only would somehow not be questioned? This is the last time that I will spell this out for you... Ex Army, Infantry with direct links to Army Intelligence and subsequently GCHQ in Cheltenham. I have also told you fellas about the direct links to both The Daily Mail and a proven social media powerhouse haven't I? This is your last chance fellas! I've made it public now. Refund my £138.00 immediately. Do 'not' test me further. You have already deliberately, conscientiously, blatantly 'wasted' 10 days of my time for a mere £138.00 haven't you? Ask yourselves fellas... Was it really worth it?

SCAM

I realised after i placed my order it was a scam, they were responding to emails reassuring me my refund was being processed - it’s now been 2 months and I have not received anything. Thankfully managed to get my money back, but do not make the same mistake i did.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered hoddie Nov 30th 23, no updates no communication, whatsoever. Poor delayed responses the only method of communication via email. 12Jan 24 still no hoddie or refund.

SCAM SITE DO NOT USE !!!

Bought for Christmas present with out doing checks, was abit unsure after ordering as I had to email to get tracking information as didn’t get anything for 3 days.
As review below says business was only setup in November 2023.
Address on website ( Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR ) doesn’t match up to whats listed on GOV website ( Blenheim House, Fowler Way, Uxbridge, UB10 0FQ )

Then when I emailed again about returning the product as it was too big they wanted me to exchange which I said no to, and insisted on refund then they tried to instruct me to post it to a different address ( 12 Rosedale Road, E7 8AT, London - which is a house) which is different to return address on the original delivery packaging. I didn’t return the item as knew it would come back as lost in post or item not received.
Also when I attempt to ring the number provided on email for further help found it to be a mobile phone which goes straight to giff gaff answer phone.
I am also now 138 pounds lighter for a fake hoodie which it 100% is
I hope this help people not make same mistake as I have. And will be using trust pilot in the future before ordering online

Scam. No goods for months then Fake goods arrive.

SCAM , NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND NO RECEIPT

I bought one hoodie , but I think it’s a scam page, the product not arriving and no answers from them ,,, also no refund option , nothing absolutely a scam just lost 138 £ !

Do not buy here

This company took my payment on 27/10 and a month later the item is still nowhere to be seen. I have emailed them several times and they just do not respond.

Please do not use this company as you will be disappointed.
