So far, there is really no problem with items I have ordered but...I was just going to order something today and their delivery fees are nothing less than exorbitant! Couldn't click out fast enough! With no discount codes, it is unrealistic to pay 35% S&H on an item.
My sis ordered a Medium dress, but the dress looked like an XL. It was also not the right dress which should have had little animals on it, but the one received had big flowers on it. She is really disappointed in this experience as she was really looking forward to having this new dress.
Very poor customer service! Because their online payment service does not work, they want to charge the customers a $3.00 service fee or you have to pay for a money order and stamps to mail it. What is the purpose of an online system to go through all of that. Called and spoke to the customer service reps (Monica), they barely speak English and was useless! Very unprofessional!
