One star is a star too many

One star is a star too many. So, they sent the wrong item - mistakes do happen. But given the fact I bought from the site in the first place, suggests I might be mobility challenged? In fact I am registered disabled and they want me to return the wrong item BEFORE a refund is given!? Customer service, anyone heard of that? Cost of Living Crisis, anybody? Since when has it become acceptable to cock up and expect the customer to be (in this case), utterly inconvenienced and discriminated against?
The emails back and forth have been laughably bad so far - they even asked me what my specific problem about being sent the wrong item was!
I don’t hold out much hope for a good outcome so I shall get PayPal involved but honestly, just avoid these cowboys. There are plenty of better run rodeos out there.

Avoid buying from here

I provided the confirmation and it is not true that I didn’t purchase insurance as the tracking number is shown as FWYC4956026GB I also send the post office confirmation from the tracking which stated that the parcel was taken to Vernon Road for you to collect. If the machine doesn’t charge then we have a useless piece of equipment. The replacement also wouldn’t charge. You are a small business and I am retired on severe mental health grounds so I had to post back when I could afford the £9.95.
Your representative stated the below and never mentioned the timescales you have decided to introduce see below

If I could give a zero I would. We bought massage gun, stopped charging so got in touch and company sent replacement. This one wouldn’t charge and plug overheating so got back in touch. Told to send both back for testing and postage costs would be refunded. Now told items never arrived and the tracked postage confirmation not sufficient. Now quoting policy that lifetime guarantee is not given and nothing more they can do. So despite one representative agreeing to all this they have now done complete U turn. We are left with no machine now despite only having it a year

Damaged insoles not replaced.

I ordered insoles from them. When they arrived they were damaged. I wrote and asked. They told me to return them. I did so 12 July. It’s now over a month and no replacement insoles have arrived. I will now claim my money through my credit card company.

lack of Customer Support

I ordered an item from Essential Wellness on or around 20th May. It is now Jun, and despite a number of follow-up emails I still have not received my order. The company have now stopped acknowledging my emails and I have no idea what happened to my order, despite payment being made by debit card at the time of ordering.
