Demeaning
It's relatively recent, but I'm reviewing this. I don't know if Trustpilot will permit this post; however, sometimes a news item or other episode will trigger memories of this awful experience and how it made me feel. I was the subject of attention from an ambulance team in Essex, and when they arrived they asked me if I took any meds. I said yes, and one asked "did you get them on the black market?" This shocked me so much, I reported it, but all three team members argued that no one said that. They "couldn't remember" laughing at me. (They did). I'm thinking they were allowed to get away with causing that sense of upset at such a difficult time, what a pity it was to demean themselves and their work, and I really hope it never happens now.
