Fingers crossed for the results!

I had the Well Woman blood test in November, Gemma was very knowledgeable about the test and the format of the results, she also made me feel very comfortable. The blood test was easy with and no pain. The results came back within 48 hours and easy to understand. I have also had the freeze therapy and again Gemma has been amazing explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable. I love going to the clinic it is my "me" time

Waste of money don't bother!!!
I initially found essex body sculpture looking for skin tag removal. They booked me an appointment for this after I asked several times only for it to be cancelled on the day (fair enough these things happen) however she ignored my requests to rebook and after 7 more weeks of asking every week I gave up and went elsewhere. If you can't offer a single appointment in 12 weeks don't offer the service!
Secondly, only after looking through the 'amazing transformation' pictures did I consider going for a fat freeze. I've had 3 kids and have that dreaded mum tum and the social media posts made it out to be miraculous results! I booked a consultation with Gemma (who is so lovely btw) and she advised me to do the £600 BMI buster package and told me I would get better results by adding on an extra freeze on my hips as a half price offer so totalling £750!! This is a lot of money for me- 2 months wages to be exact but I was so self conscious of my body and never get myself anything so went for it. During treatments I never saw any dramatic results. Occasionally a 1cm difference only to go up again after my period. I was reassured these results would come and takes the whole 12 weeks so I continued the package. I followed all the after care instructions- drinks loads of water, eat healthier and try and exercise more!
However I had no difference at all. In fact I actually got asked if I was pregnant because it pushed it forward more I was so embarrassed.

I asked at my 12 week check up could I have my money back as their social media pages advertise these supposed incredible results and I got sold this package expecting it however they actually blamed me for it not working and said I obviously put on weight and they couldn't know what I was doing outside. I'm sorry but who would pay £750 for a weight loss package to sit and eat loads and deliberately put on weight! I followed all their instructions. Only after Michelle really arguing my case for me to the manager did she finally offer me an extra fat freeze. I didn't want this I'd rather have had my money back or at least part of it. I did the freeze again and same thing- no results!

Only after openly talking about this company with other people have I found several others who the same has happened (my hairdresser and a school mum) I was so hugely disappointed. It did literally nothing and I'm down £750 for nothing. It's such a waste of money and that money to me is so much!!

If you have money to waste then give it a go however if your like me and had to save for it and really hoped it would increase your confidence to be let down then don't bother wasting your money.

I gave them 1 star because Gemma and Michelle were both so lovely and reassured me during treatments etc however I wouldn't recommend this place and constantly tell people about it.

They definitely should offer a money back guarantee as its unfair to advertise these treatments as huge Improvements and amazing results and then you don't get what you pay for! Then to blame the client for the results when they complain. Its bad business!! I've told the other people to speak up and write reviews too so others can know before wasting their money.

Also to add to this I also got heavy, painfully bad periods after each fat freeze, I went to the doctors for these and they said it could have been affected by the freeze. I can't prove that but happened both times so thought I'd point it out!

Adding to the reply they have sent- skin tag removal was a treatment at the time of my first enquiry last year in march you made me an appointment and then cancelled it on the day and never rebooked me. You said you were sick which is fine these things happen but it was at the time you were opening a new branch further away and you ignored my countless attempts to rebook. You must have got the message and finally took it off your treatment list. Also you never actually tell us these things in the terms and conditions during a consultation so read the small print people that's how they excuse themselves!!!

Gemma is superb. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when you have a treatment. She has an in depth understanding of the product range and can be trusted to offer you the right package whatever your needs. The place is very relaxing and the welcome is always warm. Well done Gemma

A very relaxing invinronment. Gemma was very knowledgeable on mens health. Given blood sample was painless and very quick.

I had the jowls package done here- coolsculpting and six sessions of radio-frequency and I can't speak highly enough! I have been thrilled with my results already and the staff (especially Gemma) are so lovely. The clinic is always clean, professional and beautifully decorated. I chose Essex Body sculpture over somewhere much closer and I would 100% make the same choice again! Prices are really reasonable and it's definitely been worth the 3 hour round trip for each session :)

Gemma made me feel so relaxed, she was confident with her experience and knowledge to guide me to the best treatment for my needs.

I recently had a well-being blood test with Terri at the clinic. It was quick and painless! The results were emailed to me within 48 hours. It was a whole write up from a GP explaining the results so it was easy to understand. Would highly recommend Terri 👍🏻

Gemma really put me at ease whilst having my blood test, I didnt even feel it! The surroundings were calm and the staff were competent and profesional which made for a great experience. My results were back quickly too, I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of having a wellbeing check.

I've been coming to see Michelle a while now and I actually really look forward to my appointments. I was so nervous when I first came in and was out at ease in immediately. Everything is explained before any treatment starts and both Michelle and Gemma are friendly and professional! I would 100% recommend and I will be coming back time and time again myself too!

Michelle was lovely and always made sure I was comfortable! I had the trim & tone package which includes 1x fat freeze and 6x emshape treatments! It worked great, I lost around 7cm on my upper abdomen and 5.5cm on my lower!

I've been seeing Jules for the last couple of weeks and I must say she is excellent at what she does. She is approachable, friendly and made me feel at ease before, during and after my consultations. My friend recommended the body sculpture clinic to me as she’d had amazing results from fat freezing and emshape so I booked the trim and tone package. I’ve always been self conscious about my body but I was made to feel so comfortable straight away, the ladies there were so friendly and professional.
I was really happy with my results especially the Emshape which really toned my stomach.

I booked in for the Trim and Tone package. Also added an extra freeze to help shift some fat on my back and hips. The freezes were a couple of months ago and the results are amazing. My photos were shared on social media, that’s how pleased I was.
Through the treatment I continued my usual level of exercise (not loads) and drank lots of water as advised. All complete in time for my holiday and I felt really nice in my bikinis for the first time in ages. The salon and Gemma and Michelle were all lovely. I am extremely happy with the procedure I have had done at Essex Body Sculpture! After trying varies of diets, I could not get rid of my mummy tummy but after having a cavitation, my hanging mummy belly is gone. Gemma has been so amazing and comforting when some weeks I was on stand still, she motivated me so much! Thank you Gemma & Essex Body Sculpture, I will be back xxx
