Stolen phone was used to order product and Essex Cream is refusing to accept return and refund
My son's phone was stolen and the perpetrators used the Revolute card on file to order hundreds of pounds of product from Essex Cream. Fortunately, we think, the product showed up at our place instead of perpetrators address. We have been in contact with Essex Cream to return the unopened box for a refund, but they are refusing to cooperate...
