Faulty lock on sliding glass door to the rear of property made it impossible to secure. Essex Door&Window Repairs arrived within 45 minutes of my call then Kevin and Max had the work successfully completed within the hour. Very professional approach from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and Max if called upon.

Used this service just this week. Front door was sticking and was very difficult to shut/lock. Was given a temporary solution over the phone on a Sunday evening until Kevin and his Dad were able to attend early the next morning. Problem sorted quickly and efficiently. Work explained every step of the way and advice given to keep the door in good working order. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently got my doors and windows upgraded by Max and Kevin and they did a great job. The team were friendly, they showed up on time, and sorted everything within the expected timeframe. They explained everything in layman's terms and gave some tips to prevent future damage. Their prices were also reasonable compared to others I checked out. I'd definitely recommend the lads at Essex Door & Windows to all of my friends and family.

My son smashed the back window of my garage few months back. Max replaced the window for me, and also gave me helpful advice for a mould problem we've been having. Window repaired good as new.

My front door was sticking, and i was having issues for a number of weeks. Wasn't entirely sure who to call and stumbled across Essex Door & Window Repairs on Instagram and decided to get in touch. Max was extremely polite and professional over the phone and came over at such short notice and advised me that thankfully the work carried out was quick, easy and inexpensive with the door just needing adjusting and the mechanism to be shaved ever so slightly. Job done and issue resolved within 20 minutes. Could've easily charged me for an expensive new mechanism, but was extremely honest and fixed the problem at the lowest cost possible - ideal solution 👍 Can tell Max is extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend getting in touch if you are facing any issues.
