This time last year I was stuck in abit of a rut and felt like I was getting no where with constant viewings which resulted in declined proposals or a absence of communication leaving me feeling hopeless and discouraged. Then I found Essex Letting Angles, and oh my did my luck change for the better. They quickly found me the perfect property and without any commotion got me the perfect tenancy within a matter of weeks! We viewed our home and fell in love! We were eager to move in but like everything there was a process.... I am not the most patient person in the world but Larry kept us informed on a daily basis even if the news was not what i wanted to hear. We finally moved in and we are the happiest we have all ever been, our home is beautiful, clean a really one of the nicest family homes to rent that we had seen. The owners of our home are comfortable with us being here as they know the thorough checks and relationship Larry and the team take up with their tenants is second to none and i felt like i knew Larry before i even moved in. I cannot say one negative thing about Essex Lettings Angel, from instructing them to act on my behalf they have offered a first class service. Nothing is too much trouble and they keep me fully updated on my property. The tenant to date has been great and there vetting service definitely works in obtaining the best tenant. I will definitely be using them on all future investment properties.
