Came around to clear a wasps nest no more than 3 hrs after calling and at the time stated.
Fully explained what he was doing prior to starting and what would happen after treatment.
Aftercare is second to none as they return free of charge should any wasps return, although after 3 hours all wasps appear to be dead. Excellent service.

We had a wasps nest in the wooden cladding at the back of the house. Jack from Essex Wasp Removals came the next day and was full of advice and information.

The work was done quickly and he was a stickler for cleanliness. He told us that all wasps would be dead within 24/48 hours and that if he needed to return it would be free of charge. There was no sign of the wasps after a couple of hours.

The service received was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use Jack again or recommend his company.

Jack came to our rescue like a guardian angel yesterday (20th Oct) I found him on Google and rang him in a panic as we had a huge wasp nest under our house and some had got inside of the house. One had stung my little boy in his sleep so I needed help asap. Bless his heart, Jack told me not to worry and arranged to deal with the nest on the same day. He fully explained what he would need to do and exactly how the treatment would work etc which I found so comforting and reassuring. He said it could take around 48hrs for the treatment to achieve full effect, and advised me to keep all windows closed and as many lights as possible off, as wasps are attracted to it. I was so very grateful for both his help and follow up advice, thank you Jack! He even checked in with me this morning via text to ask how the treatment was working. That's excellent customer service and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

After the children were stung jack was the only pest controller able to come out om a sunday and fix thd problem
