Absolutely terrible costumer service. They just ignore you
I’ve purchased essential oils from this company a few times. I don’t have anything against the products - they’ve all been great so far apart from one. This was the first time I contacted the company as the essential oil I received had absolutely no scent. That time I got a response saying they’d check it when they’re back in their warehouse. During the following days later I had to remind them about my problem a few times. When they got back to me, they said it was fine. I was still concerned about how it was fine for an essential oil not to smell and they said they’d ask their supplier about the batch. And that was it. Since that I got no email back and no response to my future emails. Then I purchased more oils from them and one of the essential oils leaked during the delivery. Again, I contacted Essican Oils costumer support regarding the issue as there was 3-4 grams of the essential oil lost due to the leak, which is not perfect. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a reply. This is extremely disappointing. The essential oils are good but it seems if you get an issue with your order, no one cares.
