Had a great experience with Estaderma. Easy ordering and prompt shipping. Received my large order in 3 days. Everything was carefully packed and arrived intact and cold. Will definitely use again.

I’ve used Estaderma for at least 4 years now and they have never failed me once. I’ve never had issues with delays along the way nor have they ever messed up an order. I have used everything from Remitly to my own checking account for wire transfers and I’ve never been compromised. For reference I live in the US. Lately I’ve heard talk of issues at customs etc but I’m writing this as of Dec 2025 and I just got an order today 12/8 that was placed 12/5. When I order I get an email with my order and my total and the ways in which I can pay. I gave up to 7 days to pay and as soon as I pay I send the receipt and I hear from them on the next business day for them. Get on their email list and you’ll get alerted to GREAT SALES that are often only a few days so be on alert. They also offer free shipping if you spend over $333 after discounts and before shipping etc. i really love them and i trust them implicitly.

Don't waste your money on Estaderma. They lie and waste time scamming you out of your order. When they are called upon to send in product information to clear customs they just give up and ignore you. Bad business all around.

This place is great. Great prices, love the free shipping if you order a certain amount(some websites stopped free shipping all together), my items came fast and we're well packaged. This will be my go to place for my botox and filler from now on.

I did have a change that I needed to make in the middle of their huge sale and even though they were overwhelmed with orders, they still were able to accommodate my request. I have been ordering for years now, from Australia.
A quick delivery and amazing products.

FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I bought from them, paid the money and the wire transfer fee, sent in my receipt and order number. A week later, they cancelled my order with no explenation and didn't answer any of the 5 emails I sent them asking why/for a refund. I then had to file fraud with my bank and its a whole process. Ive ordered from acecosm before with no issues- USE THEM INSTEAD.

do not order from them they will send you the incorrect banking information and once you send the money, they will ask you to change the bank information on the payment when that is impossible, and they will say that the bank that they sent you has reached its limit, so it’s not receiving payments. now I will have to open a dispute with my bank and go through even a longer process.

Ordering was easy. Paid via the wise app. Everything was processed quickly and my order was shipped via FedEx. Took 3 days to receive. Everything was packed nice and neat. Ice packs were melted which I hope doesn't effect the neurotoxins but will find out later. Very pleased with everything.

I really loveEstaderma. I remember when they first came out I was a little bit leery of them because their prices were so good they were competition to the big guys that been around for a long time. I believe they got one of my orders wrong but they fixed it very quickly with no issues I just say this is a very trustworthy company and sometimes they have a very large selection and other times they don't have so big of a selection. You need to know when a sale starts and be the first one in that shop because let me tell you all the really good things sell out super fast! This is a business you could absolutely Trust they're not going to rip you off and they have quality real straight from the factory items there's no fake knock off here. They're definitely in my top three stores that I shop
