You placed an order with us on the 2nd Dec which was delivered to your mailbox on the 3d Dec and you opened the email with your certificate. So it arrived.
And then you placed the second order with us 1h after giving us a bad review.

We take all major card payments through a very secure Stripe service. We don't store any cards details and never had any security issues with it. We don't use PayPal as they charge such a big commission that we will have to charge our customers more which we don't want to do.

I made a mistake on my first order as I'd put birthday but wanted the day of the passing and luckily Ana managed to change the mistake for me which I was delighted over as it was a present for my husband.
