While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Founded in 2006, Estately is a small team based in Seattle, Washington. We offer online home search via Multiple Listing Services around the United States and connect people to real estate agents. We focus on connecting people with the best real estate agents we can find in any given area. Unlike some of the big real estate sites, we aren’t ad-based, so agents don’t pay to be on our property pages. Our agents are on your side, not the seller’s. We focus on creating a simple experience with just the information you need, and we’re obsessive about updating our listings as fast as possible. We’re here to make shopping for your next home easier, and a little more fun, too.

Love Estately more than any other Real Estate site. I have the app I love how up-to-date the information is when new homes become available on the market and especially when it shows the status of either pending or sold.
I have used several platforms I found that estately in my book is the best hands down.
You do not follow-up on your promise to show property. You also list property already sold or on contract.

Been consistently easy to use and understand! Timely updates of app and re data is very helpful.
Estately seems to list properties that no other sites have...Also their listings when it comes to price is accurate.
I hope to find my dream home through this website.

Great site. I use this instead of other real estate sites because of ease of use and the map feature.
This is a great website. Helped me immensely in finding the home I live in now.
This site out of all the sites is my favorite
LOVE Estately! It has been my go-to site for over 10 years. Wish there was an option to omit homes with HOA from searches, option to search for a home by school districts and option to search for home by VIEW ie lake view, mountain view, ocean view.

It has the same information as other sites but includes internet access speeds.

The best site yet to find the exact type of property you want. Also glad it does not make you jump through hoops to view them ( like a lot of ' commercuals/advertisement).
I've enjoyed looking at houses in various markets, saving them, and saving searches. I'm starting to look but am not ready to buy yet.
I did contact Estately to find an agent to start looking at houses. I got a response the first time. But after that, I didn't get anyone at Estately to find an agent for me. But I found one myself through email.
I like this service, because it displays very informative information.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that no one followed up with you before. I would like the opportunity to follow up with you further. Please feel free to contact me anytime at hannah@estately.(removed)

I emailed her so that should could have the opportunity to follow up with me that she had requested. She hasn't responded to my contact. That makes things worse - feigned interest in customer service that then disappears when the opportunity to actually serve the customer presents itself. If there was a way to downgrade the rating below 1 star...
Original Post:
I browsed the Estately site and thought that the user interface worked well for me, and I used Estately to schedule a property viewing with an agent. The viewing was fine, as was the agent that Estately sent, but the agent later contacted me and said that he saw the properties that I'd been looking at on Estately and that he was available to show me properties. That surprised me - the agent was able to track my Estately usage! I called Estately and spoke with Jen Johnson about the issue and my privacy concerns - I wanted to opt out of my information being shared with an agent, but she said there wasn't a way for me to do that and she didn't have any information to offer me. Jen said that she'd get in touch with her supervisor Julie Maiuri and that I'd get a call back within 2 business days to address the issue. I never received a call to address/correct the issue, and I don't like that Estately allows agents to access/track people's property interests.

I love Estately. I like to keep track of what homes in or neighborhood are going for. I tell anyone that's looking for a home to use Estately. I used it when my daughter was looking for a home in Orange CA and I'd send her links to Estately and the homes I found.
