My experience with Este Cerrahi was truly exceptional, and the results of my surgery to address extensive M pattern hair loss at the age of 41 are nothing short of incredible. From the initial communication to well after my departure from Istanbul, the clinic's service was consistently outstanding. The booking process was seamless, providing a transparent quotation without any hidden costs or confusion, a refreshing change from other medical providers I dealt with. I received upfront information, and my expectations were properly managed. Every query I had was promptly addressed before my arrival in Istanbul.

Upon reaching Istanbul, the airport transfer and hotel check-in were very efficiently handled, with the clinic representative following up at every step until my arrival to the clinic early next morning. The clinic representative was kind enough to personally meet me in the street in front of the clinic to make sure that I do not get lost when accessing the building. I liked the fact that all expenses related to my stay and procedure were consolidated into a single bill, making the entire experience hassle-free. The clinic itself had a pleasent atmosphere, with cleanliness, professionalism and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

The punctuality and detailed communication throughout my two-day procedure were very impressive. The staff, from the caring clinic representative to the doctors and technicians, were not only professional but also incredibly pleasant. I was kept informed about every step in the process ahead of time, leaving no room for unanswered questions. The procedure itself, despite its extent, was comfortable, with the medical team consistently checking on my pain level or any potential discomfort.

Post-surgery, the aftercare instructions and medications were clearly explained and included in the overall price. On my way to the airport, a mishap occurred due to my own mistake, resulting in the dislocation of a couple of single grafts at the back of my head (a cautionary note about car roofs post-procedure!). This led to some bleeding. When the clinic representative learned of the situation, the car arranged by the clinic was promptly redirected back to the premises. I was immediately attended to, with the necessary care provided, the issue rectified, and the area cleaned up. Within less than 30 minutes, I was ready to resume my journey. I believe that the clinic's response showcased the genuine concern that these guys have for the outcomes of their work. I am pleased to report that despite my mistake, the incident did not impact the results of my surgery, thanks to the clinic's prompt and attentive care fixing it.

Even after my departure, the clinic representative continued to address my queries promptly, which gave me a lot of mental comfort while awaiting the results (the ugly-duckling phase is very real but don't panic!). Also, the clinic's follow-up over the subsequent months to assess my results showed strong commitment to patient care, in my view.

Now, about seven months post-surgery, I am loving the results and feel like a new person. My experience with Este Cerrahi, from start to finish, was truly exceptional, and I strongly recommend them to anyone considering a similar procedure.

Expertice in everything they do. From firt contact, to airport pick-up, to surgery, surgery follow-up and return to airport. Everything goes as planned and promised. Best of all, the result is fantastic.

Since initially contacting Este about wanting a hair transplant they were in constant contact through what’s app & talked me through everything & put my mind at ease about the whole process. Transfer from airport & hotel were all organised for me. The clinic was beautiful & the staff were very friendly & made me feel comfortable throughout my whole operation.
Currently a week post op & everything seems to be going well & they’re still on hand to answer any questions I still have & help me.

The results are great. I would have been completely bald around my crown by now but Instead I have good healthy hair growth, really pleased. The whole procedure from start to finish went very smoothly. Definitely recommend the whole team

EXCELLENT service all around - from transport from and to the hotel, great communication on whatsapp, and being attended to at the clinic.
It's still my 4th day after the operation, a long way to go until I see the final results, but, speaking only on service level, it's great!

I did a hair transplant the experience was great , the team was very helpful and well experienced. The also provided an arabic translator and she was very respectful and helpful. Also the assistant Lova was a very helpful and respectful and also provided me with after surgery instructions also he made sure that i took the medication the right way even by calling again and confirming by phone the next days , and reminded me of the follow up appointment. I really like the clinic and i trust the doctor opinion also it is not my first good experience with the doctor (Alp Aslan)
