Estelles 'Vintage Blue Stone…

Bought a pair of 'Vintage Blue Stone Pearl’ earrings; not at all as advertised. There is nothing vintage about them nor are they pearls. Description of them is that the deep blue tones ‘add a quiet elegance’. These are a cheap fake from China. Do not be fooled by the deceptive picture of 'Estelle' in her Melbourne workshop that sadly she has to close as someone at home needs her more. The earrings were faulty and I asked for a refund, 2 further emails went unanswered so I posted to the address on the packaging only to then get a reply that as I has sent them to the wrong address they would not refund my $54!!

Pity I couldn't give it 0 stars!

I ordered a pair of what they described as silver earrings, they turned out to have a gold finish. They would not accept that they misrepresented the product. I was offered 10%, then 20%, then 30% to keep them. 17 emails later they eventually gave me the return address of China. I had to pay the postage. A dreadful company- beware!
