They don't answer. Pen is faboulous.

Blue Moon Estie Fude
Very good pen after it is fixed. Smooth and very good ink flow even with a nano pigmented ink. Very versatile with much line variation. It's awesome because of the comfort of having pressure sensitivity in addition to the angle. Very broad and expressive and thin and clean. The qualities this pen has makes it br the REAL best pen of all. So many features and you can make everything with it and make it the best.

Downside. No customer service whatsoever.
So this is not a review of the pen. The pen is a masterpiece 10/10.
The problem is them.

Wonderful customer care

I bought a pen from them. I had a little problem with its colours and the customer support team was wonderful. Not only they offered me to change it, but they gave me several options and delivered it when it suited me. There's no doubt I'll buy from them again.
