Easy to navigate website

Very easy to see date options and prices. Straightforward to book and pay

Friendly and easy to do business with - the accommodation offered looks superior to the competition, and the company are good to respond to questions in a friendly manner. I'm looking forward to my holiday now!

Very helpful customer service on chat, which was great. Website is pretty good. Though it could do with a better system to select a specific pitch on a campsite. The only way I could find out what was available on the dates we wanted was by asking via the chat. Otherwise it feels like it still would've been pot luck. Other companies let you select a plot from a map that shows you what is available.

Stayed with EvistoTravel at Bella Italia and loved it, it had some issues but we were able to just look past it. But I understand why others may find it hard to do so. So let's start with those...

The pool needs a little TLC paint chipping away, you can feel the floor below your feet lifting and it gets soooo busy it does get dirty (at times we had other people's hair sticking to our skin 🤮). The rush for the beds is abit crazy, one day we went late around 4pm and got 3 beds no problem the 2 other times we queued at 8.40am and got beds but i felt ridiculous but thought if I can't beat them then I should join them. Any time between 9-1pm there is no point even expecting to find beds

I also had some serious concerns about the depth of the water for the big slides, when I and other adult people went down they hit their backs and bums on the bottom when coming out which is quite dangerous.

The evening entertainment isn't anything spectacular, but it kept the kids entertained.

The site is a quiet zone after 11pm, literally even talking on your terrace felt like I was being a rebel. This can be quite difficult with teens enjoying the evening with card games. The indoor living space is not the ideal space to enjoy the warm evenings and isn't always that big in comparison to the terrace.

The shops onsite close at 7.30 this is way too early for a holiday camp.

What we liked; lots of food options, great location on the lake, the train taking you to and from peschiera, it felt safe, lots of facilities- bike hire, cashpoint, play parks, watersports, ice cream shop, places to watch the football, good and varied animation programme, easy reach to other parts of the lake and lots of accommodation options to choose from.

We absolutely loved the mobile home I think it had one if the best terraces onsite, great location onsite (not too far from anything) inside was nice and clean, modern and I liked we had a dishwasher, TV with Wifi and coffee machine. However we didn't particularly get on with the hosts and for that reason I probably won't use Evisto again. There are a few other alternative providers that also looked liked they had nice mobile homes that fit what we were looking for. They had approached us the day we checked in reminding us of checkout and we reassured her we would be leaving before the required time. The hosts approached us again after day 2 pressuring us to leave earlier than 10 the check out time. Our flight was at 7pm and we explained we had plans and would be out by 10 however she kept pushing us and even said that people don't leave ontime. The conversation did get heated as we told her that the way she was treating us as though we have already not left ontime and it was rude. When she left she went on to discuss the issues with the people next door. Overall we did not feel welcomed instead she made us feel pushed out and more rushed to leave. Interestingly the family next door left at 11am the next day and no one came to hassle them to get out. Its a shame because all communication was good, any questions and emails I sent were responded promptly and everyone seemed friendly. But no point having great customer service in HQ if onsite reps don't match up.

I would 100% be booking next year, just not with EvistoTravel.

Clean modern accommodation and at an affordable price.

We had a great stay in an Estivo Travel mobile in Pra Delle Torri. The campsite is amazing with a great pool complex and easy access to the sea/beach. The mobile was excellent, very clean and spacious. Our campsite couriers were helpful and any queries we had before the holiday were dealt with by the Estivo team. We would have no hesitation in booking another holiday with Estivo Travel.

Thank you for Rouli & Richard for being so kind and helpful! The mobile home was fantastic! Like on the photos we have seen before. It was well-equipped with everything. We had a really nice 10-days long vacation there! And Malibu Camping is sooo good! We loved it!

Reps on our arrival from Estivo were so friendly. We had an issue with ant infestation at midnight and they came up to assist us.

We had a 3 bed 2 bathroom mobile. It was lovely and clean. Had all cutlery, dishes that we needed. The fridge was an excellent size. The bottle of water was much appreciated after travelling. The deck area was very spacious. We loved out couch area in particular and the nice big table. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent.

I was blown away by the estivo mobile home, it was absolutely spotless and it had all of the modern amenities that we required as a family of 6.
The location of the mobile is excellent, right beside the supermarket and restaurants, and of course the lake itself.
Ester and Jan were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was an inconvenience to them, they were extremely helpful and a credit to the estivo company.
We had an amazing stay in the estivo mobiles in Bella Italia and hope to return again in the future.

Worked Out totally fine for us. Worked even better than expected.

We stayed in estivo.mobile before in Garda which is why we came to Venice site.
Campsite was perfect. No issues there.
Reps were not as helpful as last year. No mid week friendly check in chat and generally minimally helpful as could be when contacted. While by no means rude, A little off putting.
Mobile was clean and same as Garda but lacked personal space around it. Too many other mobiles ( non estivo opposite,) and a space where all played ball games while we relaxed
Not our scene. Garda layout better for premium homes. Won't do estivo again

Booked with Estivo in 2019 but holiday was postponed due to Covid. Great communication, very accommodating. Venue last year in Italy was great, accommodation spotless and modern. Have booked again this year.

Website easy to use, easy to book

This was my first booking and first interaction with Estivo. Their customer care was very efficient replying to my query immediately the next morning unlike other companies .

The convenience of the online chat function is really great - quickly and easily speak to an agent with queries/questions. The agents were extremely helpful and made the entire booking experience super easy and smooth.
