Ordered duck on 5th jan kept get be deliver 17 jan then 17 feb then 22t26 feb royal mail try t deliver on 8th on hols when came home checked royal mail cant find parcel very poor

This platform normally provides me with great options and good businesses. However, I ordered this time, and the service was not good. The communication was poor and 2 of the 3 vendors I ordered from did not give good service at all. I'm not sure if vendors are being vetted well, or if it's just getting too large and the poor service is just part of how it operates, Be careful ordering from Etsy nowadays, they are not what they used to be.

The package was damaged and I wasted a lot of time

This site Is not worth your time. It census how your shop gets traffic. Their advertising is worthless There is no way to contact a person for customer service. They tell you to connect their site to your other social media for traffic to the site. But if they had such great advertising why do you have to send traffic to their site. If you lookup one of your products there are other stores that are listed numerous time on the first page of shops which all have high sales. I paid for advertising and my shop was 9 pages down the line. people find a better place to put your shops. Total waste of time

I purchased a digital download however when the link arrived in my inbox it was the wrong item. No customer service no seller contacted me. NEVER AGAIN!

They treat sellers like trash by ignoring them, taking their money, suspending. They're scum that pretend to be handmade marketplace, but allow dropshippers to flood their pages.

Love ETSY. I would suggest one change and every seller on the internet needs to make this change. Stop demanding reviews on products that have not been delivered and you do not know yet how you feel about the product. And even if you have the grace to wait, you still may not get a review. Not everyone feels the need to post their personal opinions on the internet. Grow Up. Get over yourselves and stop demanding reviews on things I have not received yet.

Ordered a product from ESTY. I gave them my address in North Carolina. They shipped it to someone on Arkansas. I verified that I entered the correct address when I placed the order. I did, but they still sent it to the wrong ADDRESS AND THE WRONG STATE.

Poor outfit esty are had a discount coupon 30% off wouldn't accept it at checkout contacted esty online fat lot good they are didn't want to help couldn't deduct discount what a load rubbish your error your website don't work not our problem so beware buyers scamners r Us.

I've been on Esty as a buyer for years. My account was hacked and it was suspended, I cannot get rid of the email that it was changed to. Esty does not have a phone number to get these issues resolved. I have written several times to no avail. It is very frustrating.

2nd time purchasing through Etsy. Ordered a print from a shop on Etsy. Shop page said shop in North Carolina. Return and refunds accepted. When I received my receipt as a confirmation of purchase it had the wrong print on it, shop in EU, no cancellations, no returns and no refunds. Contacted seller. Asked not to have wrong print sent to me and to just refund me. Tried to contact Etsy. No way to do that.Will not be shopping Etsy any more. Way too risky. Just read other reviews. Didn't realize Etsy has really bad reviews. Thankfully the shop did refund my money.

So many things went wrong with my Esty's transactions. Nearly 3 months ago I made a couple, if not more, purchases with Esty. Never again. Due to Poor quality and other issues I requested a full refund. However, after "several" back and forth text/emails communication, I was partially, 50%, refunded. I've lost track of which orders. But, I do have receipt. I just want it to end.
It's too much!!!

I ordered on Esty for a memorial plaque for my late husband but the death of his date was wrong. I tried to get help to sort this matter out but they said it was my fault and would even give me refund. I'm not happy because I can't use this plaque . I will never order again. When I was trying to email to assistant Nancy I found out it was a robot. The plaque was like solid wood but inscript was OK. Just like I say it had wrong date of my husband passing. I'm very disappointed with how they treated me and saying nothing they can do

Esty employs sub-standards jewelry makers. Specially, LizCreationStudio. Not sure how she came-up with the named "creation"? I ordered an adult bracelet and LizCreationStudio sent me a child bracelet made with poor quality material. And refused to refund me. I later reachout to Esty who refunded me. Buyers beware of LizCreationStudio.

I've ordered from Esty many times but since the day i ordered 2 Funko Shop Stickers from a Seller named HelloStickers I wasn't aware that the worst was yet to come, Ordered June 5, 2024, 9:22 am reached NY Usps by June 30, 2024, 7:01 pm it's on custom hold i ain't never getting them stickers it's now August, 11! Wsty Sellers from Another Countries are very shady and scam like on't order from Etsy that's outside of the United States cuz you will get scammed like I did out of $13 Dollars!!

Worst online vendor, period. Purchase 3.16 worth of styrofoam sample ceiling tiles, maybe 6-10 ounces. Charged $51.61 for shipping!
Tried to contact , impossible to sign in create account,(see reviews by others) also impossible to contact via web or telephone, A mechanism to ban vendors like this from web is needed

Don't use Etsy, they allow scam artist on there site and don't offer any help when you are promised a refund and don't get one. Rubbish platform!

Where buyer are safe from scam and money back guaranty, peace of mind
Where as ESTY is just given a platform where any one can see any thing, take your money and never sent the items , Esty says it cant help raise disputes with Paypal
So why we buy from Esty???
I spent 283+£ of item seller keep saying they sent date time passed but nothing i received
I think i am scammed
I will raise a dispute with Citizen Service
