I returned my Nike order (G10189828783) using Nike’s own return label, in the original box the shoes came in. The return was sent through PostNord, and I have full tracking and confirmation that it was delivered to Nike’s return address.
The package had the exact same dimensions and weight as the one I received from Nike:
📦 36 x 25 x 14 cm – 1.4 kg
Still, ESW (Nike’s return partner) claimed I returned a "non-Nike item" and denied the refund.
This is completely false. I returned the correct Nike shoes, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. I followed all instructions, provided all proof – but still, the return was rejected.
I contacted ESW with all the documentation, but they refused to help and just told me to “contact Nike.”
And Nike? They won’t respond at all. I’ve reached out to them multiple times through every possible channel, but they’ve ignored me completely.
So I’ve lost both the shoes and my money – and I’ve been treated like I’m trying to scam them.
After looking at reviews online, I’ve found dozens of other customers experiencing the exact same thing – being blamed for sending “wrong” or “empty” boxes, even when tracking and weight prove otherwise.
This is not just bad service – it’s fraud. I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from Nike.com to reconsider. Their returns process is broken, and if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Edit 20/05: ESW Support is of no help. They are still accusing me of returning non-Nike shoes. Nike support also accuses me of this, and Klarna is of no help, and told me I need to pay. So now I don't have any shoes, plus I need to pay...

Appalling experience. I bought jewelry from Damiani didn't aware free insurance was as part of the deal, and the salesperson never mentioned it or the need to register for it right after sales. I only found out by chance from another customer at a private event—unacceptable. When my jewelry was really stolen after a few days, the free insurance provider decline my claim saying I didn't register it before the jewelry was stolen and therefore, not eligible for the free insurance. This feels like a calculated move: withhold vital info, then dodge responsibility when the jewelry’s stolen. Negligence or outright deception, either way, it’s a disgrace. I’m convinced this 'insurance' is a sham to lure buyers in while leaving us unprotected because the sales persons withheld important code and details for you to register the free insurance on time, then when something happened, they can just say oops you didn't register it in time. How convenient!! No excuses cut it. Potential customers, beware—don’t trust these people until they prove otherwise. I sure won’t.

UPDATE: it is now January 5th and ESW are still investigating with no update on a timeline ...
Avoid ESW at all costs. If there was a 0 star option that would still not be low enough.
I ordered from Nordstrom who are now using ESW for international orders. The first time I tried to order after 2 weeks where they had shown that my order was in transit they suddenly cancelled my order with no explanation. They told me I could try to order the items again.
When I placed my second order for 6 items, I only received 1 of the 6 items. I contacted ESW, who are incredibly unhelpful and only said they are investigating it, I have asked them continuously to provide a timeline for a resolution which they ignored and just kept responding that they are investigating. After 2.5 weeks they respond saying that they weighed the package when it left their facility and it was the expected weight so they won't issue a refund or reship the missing items. They have clear evidence that I did not receive the items as the DHL courier took a picture of the one item that was delivered.
The gaslighting I have gotten from ESW is on a whole new level. This is the worst consumer experience I have had in a long time.

Im soooo glad Victorias Secret no longer use Eshopworld to be in charge for delivering orders to Norway.
Had to put up quite a fight to get my money back for all the lost orders.

My Eastwest Gold visa card details was used by somebody who place an order with description NIKE-ESW-IRL K67NY94 IRL. ESW should not all9w placing an order using a card that has a different name. The name of the name who order shoukd match the name on the card used.
