I ordered some items for my wife from their Victoria's Secret online store thinking that I would not find a better place to shop for this brand in my region. However, I was terribly wrong, because after a very long wait for the shipment itself, when I received it, it turned out that it contained only a small part of the order. I immediately contacted customer support believing that my problem would be quickly resolved. I was wrong again, however, as after waiting two days for a response, I was denied further assistance. They stated that my products had been shipped correctly, which I knew full well was a lie, and even if it wasn't, I don't want to believe that they made the effort to investigate my case. I finally know what I received and what I didn't. Are they really accusing me of lying about this case for such a ridiculous amount? They recommend contacting the carrier, who, as I have learned, cannot help me much, because the package was not damaged on delivery. My wife and I are sincerely disappointed and distraught by this turn of events. Online shopping has never been so stressful before. I do not recommend their service.

Initially I had very bad service with the agent I was speaking to. Karin Veramendi was not only super dismissive, but it felt like they didn't care and didn't even try an ounce to help me out. I presented my problem with all the evidence and really need help, but they instead didn't give me a single option and kept trying to dismiss my case without helping. Very unhappy and disappointed with this person.
The second agent to step in, Steven rosas, this person was extremely helpful. They're the only reason why I've changed my zero stars to five stars. Thanks Steven. You were extremely helpful and gave my fair options to solve my problem! I'm very happy how it all turned out.

Was glad this was able to be resolved and city and postal code corrected would have rather kept my order and receive it then to have to wait for refund and repurchase.

At first I couldn't see any progress concerning the package tracking. The parcel didn't arrive on the estimated date and and I was a little bit concerned. So I reached out and contacted the company about the issue and they came back immediately saying they were going to look it up. Finally the package arrived after 2 days anyway, but they still came back to me just to make sure I received it. So I really appreciated their concern and immediate response. Also, I was really content to find out the fit was very nice, and the bra I bought seems to exceed my expectations!
