I ordered my tags on 11/6 it is now 12/24 and no site of my tags. Go to DMV do not order from them, they are terrible

Be careful, they are not the real state DMV and you will pay allot extra for their services.

They WILL NOT GIVE U ANY REFUND OR TRY AT ALL TO STOP A PROCESSED PAYMENT FOR U they dont care about u at all and make it the biggest issue to try and stop a registration title renewal thats not even yours .
There thing auto corrected the last two numbers and I ended up paying 500 for some1 else's tags and when I go to try explaining to them wat happens they bearly speak any English dont care at all and basically told me to bad now I gota go ask the dmv for a refund .
Trust me if u can jst pay it somewhere else because if u make a mistake they do not care about u at all 💯💯💯💯💯

Buyer be ware! what would have cost me at the DMV vs what I paid for renewal on line was over $40. I must have missed something in the application process that would have warned me of these fees. Convenience fee, mailing fee, processing fee! sounds like a monty python sketch but it's real. Mail your paper app or go to your local dmv with a nice book.

At this point, it is clear that this company’s practices are misleading and unacceptable. Nowhere during the purchase process was it disclosed that the company does not actually perform any DMV filing or documentation work. The entirety of their “service” consists of sending customers a list of paperwork requirements, which the customer must complete themselves, mail back, and then wait while the company forwards it to the DMV. This adds no value and is a process any individual could complete independently.

No documents were prepared on my behalf. I personally completed all paperwork. Despite this, the company collected fees, including taxes for vehicle registration, without completing any registration or filing.

When I requested a refund upon learning how the service actually operates, my request was first denied, then partially offered, and ultimately refused altogether — including a refusal to refund taxes paid for a service that was never completed. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally, the company became uncooperative once I pushed back.

This business model relies on a lack of transparency and provides no meaningful service relative to what is advertised. The refusal to issue a refund for work that was not performed reflects poorly on the company and raises serious concerns about its business practices. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service.

The form was easy to completed the emails helped me track the eTags.

What else do you want? Pay online, you get a digital copy, its mailed out within the week, and you're all set. My friends were skeptical, it was a lot of money, but life's a risk carnal..lol. Definitely worth it if you cant do the kiosks, especially here in CA where the dmv offices dont do registration no more. Yes I get it, another fee forced to us, thats a different topic.

We have used eTags three years in a row now for our Auto Registration, and we could not be any happier!! We will continue to use them because of the convenience and their prompt service.
