E-tags spoofed the DMV and unbeknownst to me added $81.31 to my DMV fees. The real DMV is the same experience except you aren’t bilked out of money. DONT USE E-TAGS.

Crooks
Crooks! My wife went to renew our registration. She didnt realize it wasnt the DMV until after submitting the payment. Immediately after realizing (within 2 minutes of submitting), she cancelled the order via their online portal at 11pm. We called first thing in the morning to confirm the order was cancelled, but they stated they already submitted the order and couldnt refund us. They charge $100 over the actual registration amount for "convenience", They also hung up on me several times when I tried to call back. Horrible pricing, horrible service.

horrible company!!!! they did not let me know i had to pay extra for my renewal then as i keep checking online it says its pending. i reach out to them asking and they remove online temporary renewal and tell me i had to pay more for my car and ontop of that i now have late fees! i reassure them it’s unprofessional for them to not reach out to me first! and they say they let me know about the up charge i tell them to show me proof they can not. mind you i did not have anything on my end til i brought it up. just a horrible first experience never again.
