I really wanted to play and now I have to waste my time chasing support, setting deadlines and buying the game again from another store.

If a code is not going to be delivered instantly, that should be clearly stated BEFORE taking the money. Instead, they hide behind a “no refunds under any circumstances” policy, which is a joke for an EU-based company.

This was supposed to be a simple, instant purchase and it turned into unnecessary stress and hassle. If you actually want to play the game the same day you pay for it, do yourself a favour and avoid this site.

Bought Arc Raiders, the key got delivered instantly.

All went well, but game that was selling by them wasn’t showing for what region was , luckily it matched mine. After sending mail, no replay still so stay vigilant and take care.

Payment has been made but after 12 hours still no key. Not sure what kind of business they are running.

Still have not received the key after over an hour - The payment via paypal was successful right away.

All I am getting is a "Your code will be here soon" message.
