No response from customer service despite contacting via the web form numerous times. No contact telephone number it seems. I am still waiting to be refunded for a return (the return fee is expensive so now I am doubly out of pocket).
I placed an order in December and I then tried to return the items after 28 days as I had been away when they were delivered and I was only able to return them after that amount of time. I tried to create the return label but the website was not allowing me to and said that it had been too long since my order had been placed even though it was under 30 days. I then emailed on January 7th and only received a return label in mid February after many emails back and forth. The items were received by Etam on the 19th Feb, and I have still not been refunded.
I am very disappointed in the company which I once used to love purchasing from. The fact that customer service tells me they will investigate eg. why I haven't received my return and over a week later I still haven't received a response feels a lot like I am being scammed. I will never place another order with etam after this experience!
The website says that a return costs $9. When you go to make a return, they charge you £12.64. It's almost impossible to contact customer service. There is no phone number. And they have ignored my email.
