What a nerve ! They asked 99£ for something that's normally priced 12€. Luckily I had some friends that told me i had been ripped off when I uttered my surprise about the price of the ETA.

My mother fell victim to this company and was charged the crazy fee of €112/£99 for something that costs £14 on the UK government website. She only realised at the end of the process, after she was already charged. Luckily, she requested a refund immediately and was granted it a few minutes later. Hence the 2 stars rather than 1.
This company has managed to make themselves appear first on google searches and grab people's attention, who think they're applying through the official channels. Although their home page displays the £99 fee (which you need to scroll down to see), their UK ETA application page does not.
They are making a huge profit out of this, but this is the (online) world we live in. People need to be on their guard and scrutinise a website before giving their credit card details.
