I'm awaiting a gift for my wife which I ordered on 2nd of June, it was a jigsaw piece saying your last piece of my life.

Ordered a small planter from them on May 7th. When the tracking finally showed an update, which was about 10 days later, it showed the product coming from China. On May 24th the product was seized for counterfeit postage, which the shop blamed the carrier for.
I asked for a refund but was told I could either get a replacement or a discount code to use on their site. When I again asked for a refund, I was told they already sent the replacement and were only willing to give me a percentage of the shipping cost back.
I again, asked for a refund and to cancel the replacement (May 31st) and was refused/denied.
Will never buy from them again and do not recommend buying anything from them.

These scam artists claim to be from Texas and yet tracking shows their products are coming from CHINA!!!! I am very diligent about checking websites to assure the products I order are coming from the United States. When a company says they are in TEXAS I expect my order to be shipped from TX, not CHINA. This company is VERY DECEITFUL!!!! I ordered ornaments on December 1st and here it is January 7th and not only did they charge me on December 1st but I still have NOT received my order. When I check the tracking they provided, it shows that my order is in an unending holding pattern. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!

Update: On January 7th I requested a refund. They continued to stall & said the order was still on the way. I waited another week. When I checked tracking on January 16th it showed the package was SEIZED by the post office for "Counterfeit Postage" and will not be delivered!! I have again insisted they refund my money. They have responded and said they sent the refund but I haven't seen anything yet.

Ok you have to be VERY patient but the product I ordered was awesome! I ordered the Soul Sister ornament. It is beautiful. It took one month to receive from China but was so worth it. I have seen the same ornament on Etsy for $24 each. I got 4 of them for $36 including shipping.

Ordered adult golf socks for my two grandsons. They look like an adult is wearing them in the picture. My young grandson couldn’t even get them on. I am very disappointed.
