Very pleased with the wheelchair comfortable ride, joystick a bit sensitive but like anything with practice i think it's going to be okay, my biggest problem is remembering how fold and unfold my chair, I had a stroke 5 years ago and it messed up my brain, I read the instructions and watched the video and think I have cracked it, but no because I have forgotten what I read or watched, any suggestions well come

Regarding remembering how to fold and unfold the chair, thank you for sharing that with us. You’re definitely not alone in finding this tricky, and there are a few simple things that can really help:
• Keep a printed step-by-step guide nearby
You could have a simple printed sheet with just a few key steps written in large, clear text. Keeping it next to where you store the chair can make it easy to follow each time.
• Use your phone to record your own video
Sometimes it helps to record yourself (or a family member) doing the steps. Watching your own familiar video can be easier to remember than a general one.
• Create a short checklist
Even something like “1. Power off, 2. Release latch, 3. Fold” written in your own words can make a big difference.
• Repetition in a calm setting
Practising a few times when you’re not in a rush can help build confidence and make it feel more natural over time.
If it would help, we’d be more than happy to create a simplified step-by-step guide for you or talk you through it again over the phone at your pace.

I was blown away by this Etech power…
I was blown away by this Etech power chair, that 1 i could afford it, and 2 it being far superior to any Nhs wheelchair i've ever had in my 60 years of wheelchair use, at first the controls seemed very sensitive, mostly due to the lightness of the chair and me not being overly huge, so it felt like i was travelling on air really, but after a short while it was easy. Initially i was worried that my legs would be too short to reach the plate, but no... at 4'11 my feet do sit nicely on the plate. Love the colour, and the fact that dirt doesn't seem to cling on to the frame as much as it did on my last chair, so much easier to keep it looking great :-)
I haven't as yet had the need for any further assistance, but am reassured by the contact i have had, that Etech care about their customers. My disability is Polio.

I ordered a wheelchair and it’s changed my life I have been in a wheelchair over 20 years I have a large one from the hospital but wanted a foldable powered wheelchair, it arrived and was so easy to assemble. It’s very comfortable and so easy to manoeuvre around. Would highly recommend.

Not high anouth and no parking brake
After speaking to the representatives of the Company. all my problems about the parking brakes have been resolved I needed to push down a lot harder I was worried I might brake the handel. all in all the stroller is extremely good value for money and well made and very easy to ascemble as the 4 parts are number ie 1 to 1 and so on and if you feel that you have a problem just call and they will resolve it straight away Regards L batten
