Purchased an item September 25 it says the item was confirmed for purchase September 26 and its currently October 19th and the item itself hasn't shipped yet just says it was purchased i tried contacting support and haven't been contacted back. It also says it wont refund an item 7 days after purchase but the item itself never shipped so not sure if their unprofessional or a scam
This company used to be great. But now they are terrible. Never reply to support emails, emails, social media DMS or even posts on their social media sites.
