I purchased items from this company 3 weeks ago. They've sent no information about tracking. The I emailed them after two whole weeks they said "be patient, we have a lot of orders."

The best products, the best customer support! I ordered the wrong size and entered my old shipping address. Support was very helpful to rectify my own mistakes. I however had to wait to be refunded until they get the package back which is understandable. Thank you Eterne!

Terrible customer service. After having the correct address in they sent it to the wrong address and wouldn't immediately ship something after they made a mistake in the process. Why should the customer wait and pay extra when it was their fault. I would never order from them again.

This company sent me an incorrect product, then tried to get me to pay to return it out of my own pocket in order to get a refund for their mistake. They ignored the fact that they sent the wrong item, never acknowledged it, and refused to let me speak to a supervisor or get a refund. I disputed the charge on my card because according to the FTC, I do not have to pay to return an incorrect product. They should have simply refunded me. This company is a scam and I highly recommend you stay away.

Customer service is unhelpful and rude. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. I mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address and panicked as this was a Christmas present. I asked to cancel the order. To my surprise they immediately cancelled and refunded my order. I was impressed!

I am trying to return...The order number on my shipper is correct. They say it doesn't exist!

Eterne has good clothes. They just don’t think much of their customers. I suggest buying from retailers that carry the merchandise (Forward by Elise or Wunderkind) Eterne has no customer service support If your order doesn’t fit and you return it good luck finding out if it’s been received- no question is answered. Don’t be fooled by the customer service email address they don’t answer

I unfortunately entered the incorrect address during checkout. I had to reach out three times to even get a response and their response was it was my fault and on me to figure out what happened to the items.
It is a $370 order and they wouldn’t even contact UPS. Seriously the worst customer service experience I have had in ages. Not worth buying from such a horrible company.
