Everyone was extremely personable and caring through the whole process. I loved the little video updates and emails letting me know how things were going while I waited for my diamond to be created. Even though the process takes a very long time it's totally worth the wait! ❤

What a special gift
I was not really sure what to expect during the process, but the communication has been amazing. The updates that o receive with details about each step and videos is very special and on the hard days is needed. To know that I will have a part of my dad with me all the time is such a special gift.

I love my ring it’s perfect
I love my ring it’s perfect, it took 2 years and that’s fine , but there is not much communication. I didn’t hear from anyone for almost a year . When you send your loved ones ashes and $6000.00 off before you even start the process I thought I might have been scammed. Even if you just had A phone number that I could have called would have been great . I know it’s crazy but some of us ( old people) don’t have a computer or a Email.

Great Experience Start to Finish.
The team at Eterneva was very good about communicating what was going on every step of the way and even reached out frequently even when it was during longer steps of the process to reassure me things were going well.
They took the time to understand why I wanted to have my dog turned into a diamond and asked for several pictures and stories to help them get to know him better. It helped with getting over the loss of my special pet.

The entire experience was very imitate and personalized. All the email communications with pics and videos always made me feel like they all cared about my son. His ashes and hair were sent over before the one month marker of his death. He was only 29 and I wanted to kept part of him with me on me at all times. I’m so glad I found Eterneva!
