Ordered in November, it's March and still no order, no response, no nothing!!

I never received my shaver and never got my £26 back, big scam

Be very wary dealing with this company, I bought two of these shavers from Tiktok and am supposed to get a third free yet after 8 emails I still have no confirmation that I'm getting a third free they just e mail back stupidity and don't anser the questions at hand BUYER BEWARE ,SCAMMERS

I bought this mini portable shaver after seeing their video on TikTok. In the video, it seemed to easily shave a head, but the actual product is far from that! It couldn’t even shave arm hair properly. I spent $33USD on this useless item, and it was a complete waste of money.

To make things worse, the company refuses to refund. I sent them video evidence of the product’s poor performance, but they didn’t care at all. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful.

Please be aware of these scammers and don’t fall for their deceptive marketing. Save your money and avoid this producy or seller!

Just an update with this dodgy company !! Delicacy Apparell and their eternity ring shaver advertised on tik tok !! I am demanding a return address to receive a refund for this crap product ,like their returns policy says and they say the best they can do is 8 USD 🙄🙄Policy is also dodgy as well !! What ever you do people don’t buy that eternity ring shaver !!

Scam.
I made a purchase in Aud that should’ve been $28. Even with the conversion rate to USD, it shouldn’t have been double. They charged me $56.
Should have researched it more.

Useless piece of crap! Leaves hair behind, is definitely not smooth. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM TIKTOK!!!

These sellers advertise in Australian dollars AUD, but then charge you in US Dollars. At the time of writing that nearly doubles the cost. They insist that the conversion rate is equal and refuse to refund the difference. Even buying through PayPal did not save me from this scam.
DO NOT buy from these people.

Got this vacuum cleaner, and its definitely an upgrade. Took a while to arrive—three weeks—but it was packaged really well. The design is sleek and modern, and it performs like a charm. Overall, very satisfied with its quality and efficiency.

Whatever you order can be bought directly from China thru Temu. They should all be shot.

I purchased a high performance hand held vacuum clearer supposed to come from USA. An inferior unit was shipped from a PO Box in Chullora NSW. When I filed to return the unit for a refund I received and email telling me I had received the item i purchased. No other communication.
The ad is still running.

Rivet gun & rivets advertised. Made a purchase, the company says it was for the rivets only. Misleading advertisement & they will not provide me with the address to return the rivets & obtain a full refund. They have subsequently withdrawn the advertisement, at least for the time being.

These wedges were perfect for my occasion and very comfortable. I received a lot of compliments, too!
