My experience with ETFmatic so far has been excellent. Easy to use, prompt customer support. I recommend it.

My 1-star review is for the fact that they deleted my first 1-star review. This proves a lack of professionalism. Instead of investing in people in order to keep good communication with clients, they prefer to delete the comments. Don't worry, the proof is in my email.
PS: I increased to 3stars for the appropriate discussion with Nika. It seems that there is a change . Thank you

Excellent ! I am the client from a year ago , and until now everything it is perfect , no problem at all with withdrawal and very easy platform to use ( perfect for novice )

Terrible support. After making a new account and providing every document they asked, they decline to open an account. They will not tell you why. If that's how they treat new clients, I wonder what they do when some problems occur during cooperation. Stay away and find competition which cares about their clients.

I have used the platform for months, and the fees are very competitive (sadly they removed the competitor comparison page during last update).

Had no issue adding or withdrawing funds (they even gave me a phone call to confirm the transfer).

Profits depend on the global/region economy, which has been on average increasing since centuries. But you might end up on a valley for a few years, so it's not stable income. Surely better than a fund manager or picking stocks.

I've been using their services for a few months now, so I do not have a real opinion about their portfolio efficiency yet. So far, I have come in contact with them a couple of times and I am totally satisfied with their customer service.
