Total scam, never received product or correspondence when I attempted to reach them.

TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order from Canada as they said they ship here, and I paid for it. After a while I asked about it and I did actually get a reply to say they don't ship internationally (completely contrary to the website). Now that I have requested a refund my emails bounce back and their chat bot is useless. Ironically their website also says there are real people there but there most definitely ARE NOT!

My order kept being push out to the point I ask for a refund. I have been waiting for months for that refund. No follow up from client services and the chat bot is of no use. I say: Do not buy.

I ordered a fireplace and the ethanol to go with it on Sept. 19 and I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Nobody answers the phone or calls back and the emails are blocked and returned, even the reply button on their confirmation email of my order. They took my money, but have not been able to get my order or cancel the order. I believe they may be a scam site.

Ordered logs over a month ago. They did t have them in stock and back order was a long wait. I asked for a refund. After several calls and emails, I still don’t have my refund. Poor customer services.

Love the product but not enough set up instructions like setting the glass side panels, I guessed by looking at the picture and the white cloth? I first thought it was for shipping protection then saw it is a wick like material. Does it stay like it is, rolled up, the short way which is the same length as the opening or do you cut it in strips ??? Simple ya but we are dealing with fire. More info would help. Steve

Very fast service! From ordering (online) to 'free' delivery in 7 days. When customer service tract the order for me, they were cheerful and very helpful. Most happy with this company!

I was emailing back and forth with a customer service rep. and they were really very helpful, and made it possible for me to receive my fireplace and fuel two days before Christmas which was perfect! My parents LOVE their new fireplace

Ordered Oct. 31st - after calling to check on status finally got the order mid-December and then it did not even come with the fuel - that shipped seperate and did not arrive for a couple days. Thinking if I had never called it never would have shipped! Poor instructions too.

I just recieved my Ethanol fireplace and it is awesome! It came in the mail packaged really well and it was easy to install. Also the ethanol has NO fumes or smoke and supplies a nice worm flame.

Was the only places in the area that had this in stock.
