I’ve used this company’s services twice, and overall the experience has been very good.
Pros:
Fast refunds. As long as you meet the refund requirements, they don’t grill you with endless questions. When I first used their service, they were still on OpenVZ. At the time I didn’t know much about VPSs, and it took me more than twenty days to realize that OpenVZ couldn’t run the service I needed. Even so, they refunded me promptly and without any hassle.
Quick responses and friendly support. I’ve opened several support tickets, and each time they replied quickly and were clearly willing to help, even when the issue was on my end.
Rapid provisioning. The service is activated almost immediately after payment, so you can start using it right away.
A few minor issues:
When installing a custom ISO (for example, OpenBSD), the installer often fails to automatically detect the network, and sometimes the system won’t boot at all. I haven’t encountered this issue with similar control panels from other providers.
Regarding the cancellation options before service expiration, in addition to “Cancel immediately,” it would be very helpful to have a “Cancel at expiration” option. This would reduce user confusion and make service management more convenient.
Overall, this is a solid provider, and I’d definitely recommend giving their services a try.

I’ve had two VPS servers from them for over two months, and both the quality and uptime have been excellent. Their support team is responsive, though I’ve only needed to contact them once for a plan upgrade, never for any issues. Both the Germany and New Jersey VPS locations have had 100% uptime over the past few months with zero connection problems. I just hope they add AMD CPUs to the Germany location as well.
Overall, I strongly recommend them and will definitely continue using their VPS services.

If you know what you're doing, the control panel is sufficient, with some solid OS choices available for surprisingly quick install times.

Locations are good, no connection or routing issues thus far.
