I am not complaining but just to be clear I had to pay 5 pounds the delivery for sending the seeds again.

Update: today I have been contacted by them, appreciate the response and sending the seeds again.

Three weeks ago, I made an order for several seats, in total around 25 pounds

The order hasn’t arrived, and they are not responding when I am using the contact form from their website

Since I paid by using PayPal , I will claim the refund directly to PayPal

My vegetable seeds arrived promptly. Were packaged well & germinated quickly. Packaging & instructions were very clear & in larger print which I appreciated. Great to buy seeds that were organic.

My seedlings arrived well packaged. They looked good and the crimson clover germinated in days ! It is so nice to be able to buy organic seeds from an ethical company with ease online.

I ordered seeds over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived! I was supposed to start sowing last week for our community garden and unfortunately have been delayed due to seeds not turning up. Customer service hasn’t been great either. I wouldn’t recommend ordering seeds from these guys, I say that with regret because I really liked what this company’s values where…

These guys sell seeds in realistic quantities for folk who have normal sized gardens. They are also very reasonably priced and offer a decent range though not overwhelming

Good seeds, grew like you'd hope seeds would grow. Ethical and environmental credentials an added bonus. Not sure what else to say.
