This company sold me three sunscreens (to the UK market) all of which have been involved in the SPF testing scandal in Australia (where the company and product manufacture is based).

They have not responded to multiple emails asking for a refund of a product that doesn’t meet regulatory standards and has been pulled from the market. They are still selling all of these products on their website to ship abroad despite this.

Despicable corporate practices and complete lack of responsibility to consumers.

We made three orders and paid for three times shipping (to have our orders split due to customs fees), but they were all shipped as one and then withheld by customs and later returned to Ehical Zinc.

We have now tried to contact Ehical Zinc numerous times through their webpage and e-mail-address, without any response at all :-(
We're still awaiting our refund (or the packages to be sent again as three, as we paid for).

At this stage it doesn't look like they'll ever get back to us (or refund us for the purchase, which has been returned to them), so unfortunately we definitely cannot recommend this shop :-(

Due to some administrative issues, my package has been sent back to them. While waiting for a refund, tried to contact the support multiple times and never received any answer.
